With a base elevation of 7,200 feet and a summit of 7,700 feet, the resort receives an average of 313 inches of snowfall annually, supported by robust snowmaking across key zones. The mountain offers 380 acres of skiable terrain, 34 trails, and 13 lifts, making it a compact but well-equipped destination for day trips and weekend getaways.
The trail breakdown includes 46% beginner, 11% intermediate, 34% advanced, and 9% expert terrain, offering a balanced mix for all skill levels. Families are especially drawn to Boreal for its five tubing lanes, two halfpipes, and six terrain parks, along with progression zones and youth programs designed to build confidence. Night skiing is available across 200 acres, extending slope access until 8 PM and giving visitors more flexibility in their schedule.
