Ice rink in parts of the mountain much of the mountain is closed but it is getting better except for spring conditions toward the bottom

The conditions are mid at best, moguls on every run with a few groomed runs. The sticks and stones are sticking out on every un groomed run. This picture was taken on elk camp. Currently I am fixing a core shot from today, definitely do not bring the skis that you care about.

Even at higher elevations, the base depths are highly exaggerated! If you’re somewhere else skiing, stay there! Aspen snow mess (yes, that’s a typo but why change it?) is not prime time any longer this season! Lots of UNMARKED bare spots on groomed blue runs. Don’t even get me started on what they ...

I haven’t been up to the summit yet, but dropping down from the first chair this is what you see. Hopefully staying high will make it a good day, but they are out of snow at the bottom!

Decent snow above 9,500 ft. Lower than that (at base village) completely melted slush. I'm pretty sure I skied through about 4 in of standing water near the bottom of the gondola. Sheer Bliss was pretty great. Get up high and stay up there!

Snow is mush. Soooo hot. Tee shirt skiing is always fun, but not this early. Got to get runs in before noon before the mush comes. Supposed to be 59 degrees on wed!
