Snow Reporter Comments: Norway Mountain
Update: May 2th
We do believe that we will have enough snow to make this happen. Shortly after starting to push out the snow our groomer blew a hydro hose. Our owner and mountain manager/groomer operator worked into the dark to get the hose off we are hoping to get a new one first thing today and finish pushing. We will have an update later today. Our team is dedicated to make this happen for all of you.
May 1th,
Don’t hang up those skis yet!
We found a hidden treasure of snow over 7 feet to be exact and our awesome crew will be working hard to push it out for some epic May turns!
If we can pull it off (and we believe we can!), we’ll be OPEN this Saturday — spinning the Triple Chair and opening Elf and Lower Leipter for one more ride!
Stay tuned for updates and let’s cheer our team on — we’re SO close to skiing in May!
LET’S GO!!!
Nice ski hill. First time today. Friendly people. Nice views and interesting runs. The double chair was the only chair running. Got to go back when the triple is running.
There's a lot of vertical --500 feet-- for an area of 100 acres. You will find an solid snowmaking system, and a great family atmosphere. It's two hours north of Green Bay and the Fox Cities.
