Snow Reporter Comments: February 25th, 2:05 PMGood afternoon riders and skiers! It's shaping up to be another beautiful day at the Bush, with one inch landing this morning and another couple expected by days end. Temps are on the rise, projected to settle into a comfortable low 20's at top and the upper 20's to low 30's at the base. There are still leftover stashes to be found amid the 484 skiable acres, 13 lifts, 111 open trails, and 51 refreshed groomers including fan favorites Ripcord, Elbow, and Birch Run. The side-hits are shaping up on trails like Jester, and the corduroy is calling your name-how will you direct that call? Conditions remain top tier machine groomed and packed powder across the mountain with an additional clipper system tracking our way later this weekend! We have a slightly alternative plan today: GMX will be closed today for maintenance so Inverness will be loading at 8:00 AM, North Ridge at 8:30 AM, and all other scheduled lifts open at 9:00 AM, with the exception of Slide Brook, which is scheduled for 10:00 AM. Please don't be surprised to see a groomer on the bottom of The Cliffs trail near Straight Shot as the crew works diligently to rebuild a new assembly on Pole 13. In addition, Super Bravo will be delayed on maintenance having the spacing clutch replaced and Valley House will run in its place. We apologize for the inconvenience.  Inverness and Brambles will be reserved for racing today and tomorrow. Today, Brambles is open to the public at 12:30 PM. Tomorrow's tentative lift plan remains the same as today with the exception that we are expecting Super Bravo to run at 9:00 AM instead of Valley House. Nobody does it like the legendary Sugarbush Parks crew. They’re serving up freestyle fun on both sides. At Mt. Ellen, you’ll find more than 94 features on Riemergasse and another 28 on Sugar Run, all serviced by the iconic Sunny Quad. At Lincoln Peak, Slowpoke has 18 intermediate features, and Sugarbear Forest is home to 7 beginner freestyle elements. There's plenty of fun to be had both on and off the hill this winter, so check out all our winter events. Check out the Climb it for Climate uphill race going down this Saturday at Mt Ellen from 5:00-8:30 PM as part of our Uphill Series. All Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen uphill routes are currently open. However, the Sleeper Chutes will be getting winch groomed first shift tonight, so please refrain from going down Sleeper Chutes and Sleeper. Our mountain operation team thanks you in advance.  Please review our Uphill Travel Policy for full details.
