Snow Reporter Comments: Wednesday, February 11, 2026Good Day,Looks like today's a rinse-and-repeat from yesterday, blue skies and fresh groomers over at Summit West. Temps pushed into the mid-40s at the pass yesterday afternoon, so it's got a definite spring feel out there. We'll take it while we wait for winter to remember where it parked.Groomers are still the move today. Overnight temps cooled just enough for the crew to get a bit more corduroy down, so you should have some nice, smooth turns early.Off-trail is still pretty variable. Thin spots, firm patches, and some funky snow out there, so keep your head up and pick your lines. A fresh wax job wouldn't hurt either.Once the light fog at pass level burns off, expect sun and mellow temps. Word on the street is there's snow in the forecast, might be time for a snow dance or a little offering to Ullr. Goggle Maven's call: dark lenses or sunglasses today.Uphill Travel UpdateUphill travel passholders can use routes at closed areas any day of the week until they reopen. Once they do, peak day and holiday blackout periods will be back in effect. You can check the website or the Summit App before you head out.Thin Cover - Use Extra CautionTake it easy out there! Coverage is still thin on the mountain. Always look ahead, moderate your speed, and watch for marked and unmarked hazards, including abrupt depressions and openings in the snowpack.
