Porters will be closed today.
At 5:45am we have strong winds at all elevations, which are expected to continue throughout the day.
Overnight we have had 5cm of new snow on the upper mountain, a bit less lower down.
We will update this report at 5:45am tomorrow with the latest conditions.
Porters Lodge Restaurant and Bar is open today. Our access road is open as far as the Lodge.

Porters Ski Area is located in the Craigieburn Range of Canterbury, New Zealand, just 89 km west of Christchurch.
