Snow Reporter Comments: MOUNTAIN Closed Closed Today Sorry Unfortunately Mt Hutt is closed today due to gale force northwesterly winds. At 6am we are receiving regular wind gusts over 150km/h at the summit and the wind is forecast to increase further towards midday before easing back late this afternoon. We will assess conditions again at 6am tomorrow morning.
